Using KEROSE
By creating an account, submitting a remembrance, or leaving a memory, you agree to use KEROSE honestly and respectfully. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for the information submitted through it.
Your permission to submit
You confirm that the stories, photographs, dates, and other material you submit are accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have permission or legal authority to share them. You retain ownership of your original material. You give KEROSE permission to store, review, format, and—only after approval—display it for remembrance and family-sharing purposes.
Review and moderation
Nothing is guaranteed to be published. KEROSE may edit for spelling, grammar, formatting, clarity, privacy, or respectful presentation; request family confirmation; delay publication; or decline or remove content. Memories and any attached photographs are held for approval and may be removed if they are harmful, misleading, promotional, invasive, or disrespectful.
Welcome offers
The new-customer offer includes one 15% first-order discount per eligible account. The discount cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined with another offer unless KEROSE agrees. A complimentary surprise gift is available with a qualifying purchase of $50 or more, while supplies last. KEROSE selects the gift, which may vary in item, color, and style. Pickup, shipping, and order details are arranged separately.
Acceptable use
Do not submit content that violates another person’s rights, contains threats or harassment, impersonates someone, attempts to access private records, spreads malware, or uses automated systems to overwhelm the service. KEROSE may limit or suspend access when necessary to protect families and the website.
Availability and responsibility
KEROSE is provided with care, but website access may occasionally be interrupted and information may contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, KEROSE is not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
